Promote Forum Rules Read Them!!!!!

You MUST read these before doing anything in this forum

1. In order to make a new thread to promote a forum you must do the following in this order:
- Have at least 10 good more-than-3-word posts (in any forum - off topic, new members...)
- Contact Kyle or Iampoor that you wish to promote a forum
- Let us verify that you really do, and then we will grant you permission to make a new thread
2. Forums must be non - computer related.
3. Forums may not include within or in the title anything obscene or explicit
4. If we decide to delete you thread because we don't like anything about it. That is it! No arguing
5. Follow the General Forum Rules.
6. Other users may respond to their threads, but may not promote their forum in their reply unless given permission by the person who made the thread.
7. Report anything that you think breaks these rules or is just not cool, to any administrator or moderator
