Game Mods = Are these legitimate topics for review?

As the subject title says.

Basically, I'd like to submit a review of a mod of F1 Challenge '99-'02. It's a sensational embellishment upon the original game, and it's available for purchase.

rFactor is another title that's so much better with 3rd party mods applied to it compared to just the base game.

(It's no accident, actually, that both F1 Challenge '99-'02 and rFactor were made by the same programming team: ISI. And ISI heartily supports the 3rd party racing mod community by making these two games very mod-friendly.)

Anyway, let me know if anybody's interested in the F1 Challenge '99-'02 mod I'm alluding to.

Well, in the original game, the player can choose to race in one of four separate F1 Championship seasons (1999, 2000, 2001, 2002). Different seasons have different cars, and there are also different race tracks exclusive to certain seasons (in omitted in others).

The mod I'm thinking of reviewing is an update of the game so that it simulates both the 2006 and 2007 F1 World Championship. The cars are totally different visually, and in terms of physics they are also very very different compared to the cars in the "stock" game. The race tracks are also updated.
